AI engineer · Jacksonville / St. Augustine

I build the harness that makes AI work for your business.

Anyone can rent the AI. The harness is what makes it yours: wired into your systems, running by your rules, catching mistakes, learning every week. Fractional AI engineer in Jacksonville and St. Augustine. Priced menu, measured results.

Production systems, not slide decks. Baseline before, clear result after, or I tell you it is not worth building.

Why this is different

You've been pitched AI before. Here's what's different.

Value you can see before you sign.

Software the client owns outright, doing work their rented tools never could: cross-system reporting, multi-stage approvals, field data in one approval surface. You can see exactly what it is worth before you sign anything.

Production code, not pilots.

Embedded today at a Northeast Florida commercial contractor, shipping apps the company owns. Two live products of my own: TextTimeline (family-law evidence search with 100% citation coverage) and GammaRips (14 Cloud Run services running an autonomous overnight options scanner). The work runs in production every day.

A harness that compounds.

The harness is everything around the AI that makes it useful and safe for your business: the connections into your systems, the rules it has to follow, the checks that catch its mistakes, and the memory that makes it better every week. It is built so wins become reusable skills and failures become checks, in software you own, in your own cloud.

Measured before and after

Embedded inside the contractor's own cloud, I build apps the company owns outright: cost-to-complete forecasting, change-order routing, approvals. Each one replaces a tool the team used to fight. The system of record stays; the daily work moves into software they own.

I measured the rented-tool spend and the lost hours before, and measured again after each app shipped. Every new hire is a login they already own, not another bill, and the bigger return is the hours the team stops losing to the old tools.

The apps also unlock work no rented tool delivers: multi-trade rollups, change-order routing, field data landing in one approval surface. The savings paid for the work; the workflows they unlocked are why it keeps shipping.
