What we collect when you speak with the evanparra.ai phone assistant, what we do with it, and how to opt out.
Effective date: July 23, 2026
Who we are
evanparra.ai provides AI phone and messaging services for business clients. It is operated by Evan Parra, an AI engineer based in Jacksonville and St. Augustine, Florida. In this policy, "we" and "our" mean evanparra.ai.
When you call a business that uses our service, an automated assistant answers on that business's behalf. If you ask whether you are speaking with a person or with software, the assistant tells you. It never claims to be a person. Questions about this policy go to evan@evanparra.ai.
What we collect
We collect only what the call itself produces:
- Your phone number, including the number you give the assistant when you ask to be sent a link by text.
- A written transcript of the call. Phone numbers are automatically redacted from the transcripts we store.
- Call audio, which is processed as you speak so the assistant can hold the conversation. We do not store a recording of the call.
- Message logs: what was sent and when it was sent.
- Basic details you give the assistant during the call, such as your name, your market area, and why you called.
How we use it
We use this information to deliver the service you asked for, and for the record-keeping that service requires:
- To handle the call and answer your questions.
- To send the single text message you asked for, or agreed to, during the call.
- To review calls for quality and safety, so the assistant answers accurately.
- To keep compliance records showing that a message was agreed to before it was sent.
Who we act for
We act on behalf of the business client you called. That business receives what you told the assistant so it can follow up on your request. Our current client program is Atlas Seller Leads, a real estate seller-lead subscription.
We do not sell your information. We do not market to you ourselves, and we never text you unless you asked for a message during a call, or agreed to one when the assistant offered. The business you contacted may follow up with you about your request.
Sharing
We share your information only with the service providers we need in order to deliver the service, and with the business client you contacted:
- Twilio, which carries the text message to your mobile carrier.
- Google Cloud, which hosts the service and stores call and message records.
- The business client whose phone line you called.
Mobile information
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
The business client is the party you called, not a third party. Apart from the service providers listed above, nobody receives your phone number or your consent record, and nobody receives it for marketing. We may disclose information when the law requires it, such as a valid legal request.
Opting out and deleting your information
- Reply STOP to any message from us. Opting out is honored immediately and permanently, and it is handled automatically. We never start messaging that number again on our own.
- Reply HELP to any message to get support information.
- To find out what we hold about you, or to have it deleted from the systems we control, email evan@evanparra.ai with the phone number involved and the rough date and time of your call. We store only the last four digits of a caller's number in our own call records, so the call time is what lets us find the right record. We will confirm the request and complete it within 30 days.
- Our messaging provider keeps its own delivery records, which we cannot remove.
- We keep the consent record for a message we sent, because carrier rules require proof that the message was requested.
How long we keep it
We keep transcripts and message logs for as long as we need them to run the service, review quality, and hold consent records. We delete records on request, as described above, and we delete the call records for a client program when that engagement ends.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the updated version is posted on this page with a new effective date.
