SMS Terms and Conditions
The terms for the text message the evanparra.ai assistant sends when you ask for one during a call.

Program name and description
evanparra.ai assistant messaging: a single text message sent at your request during a phone call with our assistant (for example, the Atlas Seller Leads signup link).
You receive a message only if you ask for one during the call, or are offered one and agree. The assistant reads your number back to you digit by digit and waits for you to confirm it, then sends one message to the number you confirmed. We do not send cold texts and we do not add you to a list.
Messages are sent from the business phone number you called. Agreeing to a text is never a condition of buying anything.
Message frequency
One message per request. There are no recurring messages. If you ask again, you receive one more message for that new request.

Reply HELP for help or contact evan@evanparra.ai.
How to opt out
Reply STOP to opt out at any time.
Opting out is honored immediately and permanently, and it is handled automatically. The moment STOP is received, that number stops receiving messages from us, and it stays opted out. We never start messaging that number again on our own.
Delivery
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
Your phone number, the call, and the message are handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
