Start free, or start with the phone.

Two ways in: a free Roadmap of what AI would save your business, or an AI receptionist on your phone line from $99 a month. Everything else I build (training, coaching, custom software, an embedded engineer) is scoped in your free Roadmap and priced one job at a time. Every engagement sets a baseline before and measures the win after, and every engagement builds the same asset: your harness. The harness is everything around the AI that makes it useful and safe for your business: the connections into your systems, the rules it has to follow, the checks that catch its mistakes, and the memory that makes it better every week.

01 · Measure before

The Roadmap finds a number worth moving and sets the baseline. We agree on what better looks like before any code is written.

02 · Build

I ship the smallest thing that should move that number, in your own cloud, owned by you. Training and installs put AI in the team’s hands.

03 · Measure after

We read the result in your own numbers. A clear win, or I tell you it is not worth more. Coaching keeps the gain in place.

The two doors

The free Roadmap, or the receptionist you can call.

The Roadmap is free, and everything custom is quoted from it: one job at a time, the number in writing before any work starts. The receptionist is priced on its page, and you can call the demo before you ever talk to me.

Roadmap

Free

Where AI speeds up your business, and the one thing to build first.

A working session and a written roadmap: how your team works today, where AI moves a real number, and the first build worth doing. This is the baseline we measure everything against.

  • A working session on your real workflows
  • A written roadmap: how you work today, and with AI
  • One recommended next step, scoped with a price
  • A short call to go through the plan together; it is yours either way

Free. The only price is homework: bring your real workflow and your software bill.

AI Receptionist

From $99/mo

Your phone answered, a dollar a call.

It answers around the clock, takes intake, books the appointment or takes the order, and sends you the summary the moment the call ends. Hear it right now: call (904) 395-4849 and it will answer.

  • Answers after hours, weekends, and when your hands are full
  • Takes real intake and books against your real calendar
  • Summary in your hands the moment the call ends
  • Your published number stays yours; calls forward in

One dollar per answered call, $99 monthly minimum. Free setup. Month to month.

After the free Roadmap

What the Roadmap can scope, each quoted as one job with the number in writing before any work starts.

  • Executive Briefing

Arm your leadership to make the AI call.

  • Team Workshop

Your team leaves with a working setup on real work, not a slideshow.

  • Coaching

Ongoing support after training. Make the new way stick.

  • Agent Install

A working agent from my catalog: in your cloud, or hosted by me.

  • Custom Build

Anything outside the catalog, built to spec and owned by you.

  • Build (embedded)

An engineer on your team, shipping a stream of production systems on your cloud.

Whichever door you pick, you end up owning the same thing: a harness that compounds.

Scope

What you get, what you don't.

What you get

  • Senior AI/ML engineering: architecture, code, and ship
  • Production systems built in your cloud tenant (Azure or GCP)
  • LLM pipelines, agents, retrieval, and evaluation gates
  • A baseline measured before, and the result measured after
  • Direct Slack or email access. No account-management layer
  • All code in your repos from day one. You own what I build

Out of scope

  • Decks, roadmaps, or strategy theater with no shipped code
  • Work with no number we can measure before and after
  • Frontend product design beyond what AI features need
  • Full-time on-call or 24/7 production support
  • Compliance audits, SOC 2 prep, or pen-testing engagements

FAQ

Common questions.

I've been pitched AI before. Why is this different?
Most AI pitches ask you to trust a demo. I ask you to read your own numbers. I set a baseline before, ship the smallest thing that should move it, and we measure after. If it does not move, I tell you and you stop. I run this loop today inside a Northeast Florida contractor, with software the company owns and a measured before and after, plus two live products of my own (TextTimeline, GammaRips).
What do you mean by "harness"?
The setup around the AI that connects it to your systems, enforces your rules, catches mistakes, and remembers what works. Models are rented; every business gets the same ones. The harness is the part you own: it runs in your cloud, it is fitted to your business, and it is built to get better the longer you run it. Every package on the menu builds a piece of yours.
How much does it cost?
The AI receptionist is priced on its page: one dollar per answered call, with a $99 monthly minimum. Everything else is scoped in your free Roadmap and priced one job at a time. You see the number, in writing, before any work starts. If it is not worth building, the plan says so.
How do I actually start?
Book the free Roadmap. It costs nothing because I want to see Northeast Florida businesses thrive in the AI era, and the fastest way I can help is to sit down with yours. The price is homework: bring your real workflow and your software bill, and you leave with a written plan either way. Curious about the receptionist? Call the demo at (904) 395-4849 and hear it answer.
What kinds of software can you replace?
The rented tools doing work I can rebuild: the system your team runs daily reporting and approvals in, the dashboards you pay per viewer for, the single-purpose tools for documents, scheduling, or reporting. If a vendor charges per head for a workflow I can rebuild, it is a candidate, and you own the replacement.
What does "your cloud, your code" actually mean?
Everything I build runs in your Azure or GCP tenant under your billing account. Your team has full repo access from day one. When the engagement ends, nothing of mine has to come with you.
How do you keep the agent from hallucinating SQL or making up joins?
I ground every agent in your real semantic layer (your tables, your business glossary, your verified queries) using your warehouse's native context tooling: Knowledge Catalog over BigQuery on GCP, equivalents on Azure. The agent retrieves and reasons against governed metadata, not guesses. When it doesn't know, it says so.
Are you full-time fractional or do you have a day job?
Currently embedded as a software engineer at a Northeast Florida commercial contractor, the founding case for the work. The practice runs alongside at low concurrent capacity, so the work I take gets senior attention. You get an engineer shipping production AI every day, not a between-jobs consultant.
Where are you based?
Jacksonville / St. Augustine, FL. Local clients get on-site time when it helps. Remote clients get the same work over Slack and Zoom.

Not sure which one?

Thirty-minute call. Tell me the number you want to move, and I'll point you at the package that gets there fastest.
