Services
AI on a menu, priced and measurable.
See it, price it, act on it. Every package sets a baseline before and measures the win after, in your own numbers, and every package builds the same asset: your harness. The harness is everything around the AI that makes it useful and safe for your business: the connections into your systems, the rules it has to follow, the checks that catch its mistakes, and the memory that makes it better every week.
01 · Measure before
The Roadmap finds a number worth moving and sets the baseline. We agree on what better looks like before any code is written.
02 · Build
I ship the smallest thing that should move that number, in your own cloud, owned by you. Training and installs put AI in the team’s hands.
03 · Measure after
We read the result in your own numbers. A clear win, or I tell you it is not worth more. Coaching keeps the gain in place.
The menu
Three doors into one asset.
Learn to drive AI yourself, have working agents installed, or drop me in to build. The Roadmap is free at the founding rate right now; buy the other one-time packages outright, and book a 30-minute call for coaching and the build tiers. Not sure which door? Start with the free Roadmap: it sets the baseline and names what to build first. Founding rates now, rising as the calendar fills.
Enablement
Learn to drive your harness: get your team productive with AI you already have access to.
Roadmap
Free
Where AI speeds up your business, and the one thing to build first.
A working session and a written roadmap: how your team works today, where AI moves a real number, and the first build worth doing. This is the baseline we measure everything against.
- A working session on your real workflows
- A written roadmap: how you work today, and with AI
- One recommended next step, scoped with a price
- You leave with a written plan either way
Free at the founding rate, right now. The price is homework: bring your real workflow and your software bill.

Executive Briefing
$750
Arm your leadership to make the AI call.
A session with your leadership: what AI changes for your business, what it does not, and the decisions to make now. You leave with a one-page set of next steps, not a deck to file away.
- A live session plus Q&A with your leadership
- What is real and what is hype, for your business
- A one-page set of decisions and next steps

Team Workshop
$1,500
Your team leaves with a working setup on real work, not a slideshow.
A half-day where your team runs Claude Cowork and Claude Code on its own workflows and walks out with something that runs. The point is muscle memory, not a lecture they forget by Friday.
- A half-day hands-on session on your real work
- A working setup running by the time you leave
- A recording plus a quick-start doc for the team

Coaching
$1,000/mo
Ongoing support after training. Make the new way stick.
Monthly access to keep the new workflows working: reinforce, troubleshoot, tune. Capped hours, month to month, no new builds. The layer that turns a workshop into a habit.
- Monthly async access plus a working session
- Reinforce, troubleshoot, and tune the new workflows
- Capped hours, month to month, cancel anytime
Development
I build and run it: software owned by you, running in your cloud.

Agent Install
$1,000
A working agent, installed and running in your own cloud.
A standardized agent from my catalog, installed and configured in your cloud and connected to one data source. You own it, it runs on your own account, and your team gets a short handoff.
- A working agent installed in your own cloud
- Configured and connected to one data source
- You own it, on your account, paying your own usage
- A short handoff so your team can run it

Custom Build
Fixed bid, scoped from a Roadmap.
Anything outside the catalog, built to spec and owned by you.
A custom system, scoped and fixed-priced from your Roadmap so the number is set before the build starts. Built in your own cloud, owned by you, and measured against the baseline we set.
- Scoped and fixed-priced from a Roadmap, no blind quotes
- Built in your own cloud, owned by you
- Measured against the baseline from your Roadmap

Build (embedded)
$6,000/mo
An embedded engineer shipping a stream of production systems on your cloud.
Ongoing capacity, not a one-off: autonomous agents, internal apps over your data, a data platform, retrieval systems. A stream of shipped work over the months I am engaged, measured before and after.
- An embedded engineer, around 20 hours a week
- Autonomous agents, internal apps, data platform, retrieval
- Shipped on your cloud, owned by you
- A measured before and after on the work
Ongoing build capacity, month to month.
Whichever door you pick, you end up owning the same thing: a harness that compounds.

What I deliver, how fast, and what you own when I'm done.
| Me | A full-time senior AI hire | A typical agency | A fractional CTO | |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Deliverable | Shipped production code in your cloud, with a measured result | Shipped code, but 1.0 in 6+ months | Deck, roadmap, maybe a prototype | Advice, intros, no shipped code |
| Speed to first ship | Weeks, not quarters. First shipped milestone inside the first month of an embed | Months (hiring + ramp) | Quarter+ (procurement + kickoff) | N/A (not a builder) |
| Proof it worked | A before-and-after in your own numbers | Internal, eventually | Rarely measured against a baseline | N/A (you keep building) |
| Ownership | Your cloud, your code, your data | In-house | Often vendor-hosted or licensed back | N/A (you keep building) |

FAQ
Common questions.
- I've been pitched AI before. Why is this different?
- Most AI pitches ask you to trust a demo. I ask you to read your own numbers. I set a baseline before, ship the smallest thing that should move it, and we measure after. If it does not move, I tell you and you stop. I run this loop today inside a Northeast Florida contractor, with software the company owns and a measured before and after, plus two live products of my own (TextTimeline, GammaRips).
- What do you mean by "harness"?
- The setup around the AI that connects it to your systems, enforces your rules, catches mistakes, and remembers what works. Models are rented; every business gets the same ones. The harness is the part you own: it runs in your cloud, it is fitted to your business, and it is built to get better the longer you run it. Every package on the menu builds a piece of yours.
- How do I actually start?
- Book the free Roadmap. It costs nothing right now at the founding rate because I want to see Northeast Florida businesses thrive in the AI era, and the fastest way I can help is to sit down with yours. The price is homework: bring your real workflow and your software bill, and you leave with a written plan either way. Prefer to skip straight in? Buy a Briefing, Workshop, or Agent Install outright, or book a 30-minute call for coaching and the build tiers.
- What kinds of software can you replace?
- The rented tools doing work I can rebuild: the system your team runs daily reporting and approvals in, the dashboards you pay per viewer for, the single-purpose tools for documents, scheduling, or reporting. If a vendor charges per head for a workflow I can rebuild, it is a candidate, and you own the replacement.
- What does "your cloud, your code" actually mean?
- Everything I build runs in your Azure or GCP tenant under your billing account. Your team has full repo access from day one. When the engagement ends, nothing of mine has to come with you.
- How do you keep the agent from hallucinating SQL or making up joins?
- I ground every agent in your real semantic layer (your tables, your business glossary, your verified queries) using your warehouse's native context tooling: Knowledge Catalog over BigQuery on GCP, equivalents on Azure. The agent retrieves and reasons against governed metadata, not guesses. When it doesn't know, it says so.
- Are you full-time fractional or do you have a day job?
- Currently embedded as a software engineer at a Northeast Florida commercial contractor, the founding case for the work. The practice runs alongside at low concurrent capacity, so the work I take gets senior attention. You get an engineer shipping production AI every day, not a between-jobs consultant.
- Where are you based?
- Jacksonville / St. Augustine, FL. Local clients get on-site time when it helps. Remote clients get the same work over Slack and Zoom.
