Service · AI answering

Every call answered.

A phone agent that picks up when you can't: after hours, mid-job, both lines ringing. It greets callers by your business name, takes the details down, and gets the real ones to you. Plans from $99 a month.

St. Augustine, Jacksonville, Ponte Vedra, and Northeast Florida.

Nobody calls a contractor twice. The call you miss at 7pm is a job that goes to whoever picks up next, and the voicemail box quietly eats the difference. For most small businesses the phone is the whole front door, and it is unstaffed half the day.

I set up a phone agent for your business. It answers around the clock, sounds human enough that callers finish the conversation, asks for what you need (name, number, what the job is), and gets a caller to a person when it matters. Hosted by me on a monthly plan, or installed in your own cloud.

The shopping terms vary: AI receptionist, AI phone answering, voice agent. The job is the same. Your phone gets answered, every time.

What you get

A front door that never closes.

Answers around the clock

After hours, weekends, and the calls that come in while your hands are full. Callers reach your business, not your voicemail.

Takes real intake

Name, number, address, what the caller actually needs, collected the way you would ask for it, and sent to you the moment the call ends.

Books the appointment

Wired to your calendar, it offers real slots and puts the booking on your schedule instead of leaving a note about one.

Knows when to get a human

You set the rules. A caller who needs a person gets handed to one; everyone else gets handled, and you get the summary.

Pricing

Plans by calls answered.

Hosted plans, run by me, month to month. Setup on the standard agent is free, because a standard agent installs fast. Your published number stays yours: calls forward to the agent, and you can point them back the day you leave.

$99 a month

Up to 100 answered calls a month. Free setup on the standard agent.

$199 a month

Up to 200 answered calls a month.

$299 a month

Up to 300 answered calls a month. Busier than that, we talk.

No overage math

Consistently over your plan? You move up a plan the next month. No surprise bills, nothing metered behind your back.

Where it runs

Start hosted. Graduate to your own cloud.

The monthly plans run in my cloud, so you need nothing but a phone number to start. When your volume grows, or you want the agent on your own account, it moves into your Google Cloud as a standard $1,000 Agent Install. That move is the designed destination, not an escape hatch.

Everything the agent has accumulated moves with it: your services, your pricing rules, the corrections you have made. That accumulated setup is the harness: the setup around the AI that connects it to your systems, enforces your rules, catches mistakes, and remembers what works.

Once it is in your own cloud, you own it outright: your account, your billing, your code.

Outbound

Outbound calling is custom work.

This page is about answering. Calling out (appointment reminders, follow-up on quotes, re-engaging old leads) is real and useful, and it is custom work: outbound calling has consent rules, and any outbound build gets scoped around them from the start. That lane is a Custom Build, fixed-priced from a Roadmap.

Proof

I run one on a real phone number.

This is not a slide. I built a phone agent that holds live, multi-turn sales conversations on Google Cloud, on a real number. First audio lands in about half a second, measured on a real call, because callers hang up on a robot that pauses.

Every change to it goes through a 15-scenario evaluation before it ships. One tuning pass moved the agent's script compliance from 71% to 93%, measured, not felt. The monthly plan is buying that discipline, not just software.

FAQ

Common questions.

How much does an AI answering service cost?
$99 a month for up to 100 answered calls, $199 for up to 200, $299 for up to 300. Setup is free on the standard agent. If you run over your plan consistently, you move up the next month; nothing is metered behind your back.
Do I have to change my phone number?
No. Your published number stays yours and forwards to the agent. If you ever leave, you point the forwarding back and you are done.
What happens when a caller needs a real person?
The agent gets them to one. You set the rules: hand the call through, or take a message with the full details and send it to you instantly. It does not bluff its way through things it should not handle.
Can I hear it before I buy?
Yes. Book a call and I will put you on the phone with a live agent, not a recording.
Why not one of the national $99 apps?
The apps are generic on purpose; that is how they scale. This one is configured to your business by an engineer you can call, in Jacksonville, and when you outgrow hosting it moves into your own cloud instead of holding you. If a generic app genuinely fits you better, I will say so on the call.

Stop losing the 7pm calls.

Thirty-minute call. Tell me how the phone runs today; I'll tell you straight what an answering agent would catch, what it costs, and whether your call volume makes it worth it.
